Very thick to use super-absorbent diaper briefs for heavy incontinence.
Also provides mobile users maximum convenience and security.
Since this diaper for the night is developed, it is comparatively very thick (about 0.5cm) and is thereby contributing not very discreet
Now with four large double adhesive tapes instead of a landing zone in order to refasten your diaper well again, Extra high anti-leak walls of approximately 5.5cm.
Fully equipped with sturdy plastic outer layer with moisture indicator.

The foil is very thin but soft and nice to touch. The pad generally is to compressed and feels a bit like carpet (roll it to make it a bit more loose). Apart from that they can hold an extreme amount of liquid and inflate very much. If capacity is what you are looking for you might get happy.

Het is een goede luier, maar ik vind het jammer dat de luier geen tape landing zone heeft.
Als ik deze luier vergelijk met de Rearz Inspire + InControl dan lijkt de BetterDry discreter.
Maar ik prefereer een dikker luier en heb graag hersluitbare plakkers.
Dan geef ik de BetterDry 4 sterren en de Rearz 4 1/2 sterren

Perfecte luier, goede pasvorm en blijft ook goed zitten zonder af te zakken.
Lekkere stevige dikke luier, dus je voelt goed dat je er een om hebt.
Plakkers laten niet los en er kan een enorme hoeveelheid in.
's middags 16.00 uur om gedaan, de nacht aangehad en wel 6 a 7 keer in geplast.
De volgende ochtend was hij dubbel zo dik en toen ik weer ging zitten trad er zelfs geen lekkage op en zat hij nog perfect.
Voor mij een 5 sterren luier.

Never having tried the comficare I have no idea what the negative reviews are all about.
Very thick padding at the front that feels wonderful and perfect for tummy sleepers. No leaks even after a good wetting. The fit is perfect and the tapes are very solid. The thick front padding makes this an ideal night time nappy for me. Not discreet enough to wear during the day. The price is nice too. Definitely will think of buying them again.
