Incontinence products delivered to any country in the world.
Always available from stock and shipped in discreet (neutral) packaging!
Orders paid before 13:30 (CET) on working days from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.
 

We ship every working day (closed on Saturdays and Sundays) with the following carriers: PostNL, Fedex, DPD

 

We know how important discreet packaging is.
That's why we pack our orders in sturdy blank cardboard boxes.
The address label does not contain any information about this webshop or incontinence meter.
From the outside of the box, no one will be able to see what's inside.

 

Phone numbers are listed on address labels by default to increase the chances of a successful delivery, and in most cases, providing a correct phone number is necessaryto create a shipping label for you.

 

Sometimes, for home delivery, the delivery person will try to deliver your order to your neighbors.
Nowadays, notes are no longer left if delivery fails, for example because you are not at home.
You will receive tracking infoemail of your order as soon as it has been shipped, keep an eye out for it.

 

Please note that shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance.
Only applicable for non-EU countries.

 

If access codes or other special information is required for couriers to successfully deliver your order,
Be sure to provide all the necessary information during checkout.

 

Since we notice that many customers fill in their address incorrectly,
Please make sure to check your address during checkout and if you have forgotten to check your order confirmation email (also visible in account).
If something is missing/wrong, please reply immediately to the order confirmation email with the correct address details so that we may be able to correct it (if still possible).

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on dimensional weight and country.
Due to the many variables, the shipping costs are unfortunately impossible to tell you.
However, you can easily calculate these yourself by adding the desired products to the shopping cart.
Then go to shopping cart, select the destination country and click on the "Calculate Shipping and Tax" button.

 

 

 

Warehouse pick-up:
 

Unfortunately, the shop no longer has showrooms and it is also not possible to order and/or pay on the spot in the warehouse.
The warehouse is only available to pick up orders that have been ordered and paid for online well in advance.
You can choose the shipping method Pickup Warehouse Einhoven for this.
This shipping method is free and then the warehouse knows that you are coming to pick it up and it is put in the right place.

Very important! Orders can only be picked up if ordered at least 1 day before collection and the order has been paid.

 

 

 

PostNL:
 

Delivery to international PO Box box, home address international (Pick-up locations only for NL or BE).
 

Often the cheapest shipping option for delivery to a home address, PO Box or official post office.
Where all other couriers largely do the collection and delivery themselves, PostNL sends the package to the cheapest courier in your country at that time, who then handles the delivery further.
Unfortunately, PostNL does not have the best conditions, couriers will no longer leave a message after a failed delivery and only 1 delivery attempt, after which it will automatically go to a collection point near you.

Important: Always pick up your order within 7 days after delivery to a pickup location, this also applies to shipments that end up there after failed delivery.

DPD:
 

Cheap and reliable delivery to Home Address or DPD Pick-up location within the EU.

DPD Parcel Tracking: International Tracking 

 

Unfortunately, DPD is not available for countries outside the EU (NON-EU countries).

Shipping to PO Box is not possible with DPD, use PostNL instead

 

 

 

FedEx:
 

Fast and most reliable courier, especially for NON EU countries.
Delivery to your choice of home address or to Fedex Pickup location.
 

FedEx Pick-Up Locations: Find Worldwide Pick-Up 

To find the right locations, you need to enter your city and country in thesearch box, then you will find near the top left corner... "Find alocation for".. select "Hold/Pick-up" checkbox to search for real fedex pick-up locations only.

Important: Always pick up your order within 7 days after delivery to a pickup location, this also applies to shipments that end up there after failed delivery.

 

Because Fedex picks up packages early at our warehouse, orders placed before 11:00 (CET) will be shipped the same day.
Anything ordered after 11 a.m. is usually shipped the day after.
