Our Warehouse has a orderstop workdays 13:30pm.

Orders paid before 13:30 will be shipped the same day unless:

* Stated otherwise in product description

* There's a unusual exception

* NON EU destinations can sometimes be delayed by 1 day

The duration for couriers to deliver to your door or pickup location depends on the courier chosen and to which country it's beeing shipped.

If the order has to imported by customs (only aplicable when shipped to a non eu country) parcels can sometimes be delayed at customs.

Always check the provided tracking info we always send to your email address once the order is shipped.

Sorry, at this point there are no active discount codes available.

Since we ship worldwide we quite often deal with expansive shipping costs.

To even the playing field, not only people from the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium get discounts in the form of free shipping for larger orders.

We apply Order Quantity Discount automaticly in the shopping cart to all orders above €100 excluding tax an shipping costs. All customers happy :)

Our shop keeps stock real time up to date. Options we (currently) dont have in stock are hidden from selection.

Our products in stock change all the time, somethimes products come back in stock quickly, for other products is takes months, and other times the missing options might never come back in stock.

Feel free to contact us to ask when a product is expected to be back in stock.

When bank transfer is selected as payment method, bank information like bank account number / IBAN will always be provided in a email comming from Mollie including transaction explenation.

It is important to follow instructions carefully, wrongfully entered description or amount wil result in failed transactions. Funds will in that case automaticly be refunded.

Once you have received your order and want to send it back return sender.

Contact us first to make a return request. This is manditory because sadly we can't take back everything.

Hygiene products can only be returned as long as they are as new and in unopened packaging.

Hygiene products examples are: Plastic Pants, Disposable and Washable Diapers, Pacifiers, Onesies

To contact us for a return, it's best to reply to your order confirmation email.

We always send notification once the warehouse has received an order return sender. Depending on what the reason of return is, the person/company who made resposible the mistake will have to pay for return + reshipping costs. We store returned orders for at least 6 months, after that time they will restocked.

Sadly we can't, you might be able to declare a prepaid invoice with your insurance though. It would be advised to call your insurance company first.

Sadly courier requirements require us to ask customers to enter counter intuitive information in shipping address form.

During checkout your shipping address entered has got to be your house address. (used shipping address may never be the same as the address of a pickup location).

The Pickup location is selected under "Shipping Methods", select the Pickup Location shipping method and click the button that apears underneath after selection. a popup window wil appear where you can select pickup locations near you (if available).

With shipping method Pickup Location selected you can be sure it will be delivered to a pickup location, not your house address that was entered as shipping address.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight / dimentions, destination country and courier shipping method choice. To calculate shipping costs it is important to first add all products you want to shopping cart, then go to shopping cart and select your country and shipping cost and possibly taxes if aplicable for your destination.

The terms PVC, TPU and PUL are used for Pants and Washable incontinence products.

PUL is a waterproof and breathable layer feels like real soft textile on the outside and a little sticky on the inside, good for machinewash.

PVC is not breathable and less durable, besides that only good for handwash.

TPU is the replacement for PVC as this material is stronger, softer and machine washable.

Yes, it is possible. You can add a remark in your order in which you can, in this case, ask for your order to be shipped at a specific date. We will then send it at the requested date.

Yes, but sadly only for picking up orders that have been placed true the webshop at least 1 day before pickup.

The term max. Absorption or just max. 2000ml you will find on almost every diaper we sell.

This is the amount almost every manufacturer uses to describe how absorbent the diapers are.

If it shows a max. absortion of 4500ml this does not mean it will aborb that amount in real use.

In real use diaper absorption without leaking probably is about a third of max. absortion described in product descriptions (4500 \ 3 = 1500ml).

Shopping Incontinence products it's very important you know your measurements.

All manufacturers use their own sizechart. For example size M Tena is very different then Forsite size M or Northshore M.

Always measure the required measurements used in sizechart and compare, prevent buying the wrong size.

We ship to letterally every country in the world. Dont matter where you live, we can always send it to you. (sadly there is one exception, shipping to militairy APO addressess is no longer possible)

Orders shipped within Europe to a EU country will have to pay taxes here in the Netherlands. If an order is shipped outsite the EU to a Non EU country you don't pay any taxes in our shop, but it's likely you have to pay import taxes in your country on import. If taxes are aplicable in the Netherlands, then we need to charge 6% for disposable / washable diapers and protective pants (very few clothes). All orders are always packaged in strong neutral anonymous packaging. You don't need to worrie about that. From the outsite the courier or people at pickup location can't see what's inside the parcel(s).

We made sure to hide all shop related info from bank and creditcard description. nobody will be able to see incontinence products have been bought on bank account or creditcard.

PayPal however does create a full invoice in paypal account.

The terms "Plastic Backed" and "Cotton-Feel" are used usually for diapers. Plastic backed means diapers have a Plastic foil exterior to make them waterproof while Cotton-feel has a breathable textile like waterproof exterior..

Washinstructions and tips for washing cloth diapers.

* Soak diaper in a bucket with Biotex

* Use special detergents for washable diapers: Potion, Rocking Green, Pure Soap

* If you use a normal detergent, make sure it does not contain enzymes, bleaches or optical brighteners, soda (sodium bicarbonate)

* Use powdered detergent, not liquid detergent

* Put vinegar in the fabric softener compartment instead of fabric softener to reduce the hardness

* Do not use too much detergent and rinse the diapers extra well after washing, if washing machine use rinse program / extra water button

* For fecal incontinence, place a disposable cloth in the diaper to catch the poop so that it is easy to remove Without waterproof outer layer

* Washing machine suitable up to 95° C

* Tumble dryer suitable up to 100° C PUL outer layer

* Washing machine suitable up to 95° C

* Tumble dryer suitable up to 100° C Plastic outer layer

* Hand wash recommended / Machine wash on delicate cycle up to 40° C

* Let it dry on a drying rack
